Ahead of the launch of a brand new vessel and once in a generation opportunity for Mersey Ferries, I was asked to review the current brand strategy in order to identify opportunities to enhance the position and reach of the brand as a must-do tourist attraction.

Leveraging their longstanding success and reputation, the results I presented back included:

- a campaign message and coherent strategy for commercial growth

- breakdown of ticketing and visibility opportunities in the UK and key international markets

- a clear approach to channel and content messaging strategy

- supporting information on customer journey and visitor welcome
