Driving Growth for a Social Enterprise with a Big Story

As part of a monthly retainer I support Invisible Cities at brand level, as well as regionally for their city tours across the UK;

  • Increasing tour bookings through AI visibility and content strategy

  • Managing social media content strategy growing LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram

  • Securing regional and national press coverage including Steph’s Packed Lunch, The Times, The Telegraph and Sky News

  • Increasing visibility of tours and creating new distribution partnerships including VisitBritain, regional tourist boards, Get Your Guide and TrainSplit

  • Project managing the launch of Invisible Cities in Aberdeen with celebrity guests including Prince William.

Outcomes:

  • Increase in tour bookings directly from LLMs including ChatGPT as a result of AI and AEO optimisation strategy resulting in 146% growth in clicks, 279% increase in impressions, 8.4 positions up with key search terms.

  • Launch of TikTok and 150% growth in social media following

  • Set up of email marketing strategy with average 41% open rate
