Uncovering Opportunities & Shaping Brand Voice

I started talking to Ryan about his business on LinkedIn and we arranged to have an initial chat about what he was looking to achieve with the successfully growing venture.


Once we'd uncovered a whole heap of ideas and opportunities around the messaging and personality of the brand I got to work.

The project had three phases - first up, a full brand roadmap audit to understand all of their best bits, parts that could get lost and confused, and ultimately, the true value of the services they offer.

This was followed by a big piece of work to find where the opportunities in the sector and for new business lay. Finally, I created a conclusion content strategy with key messages, tone of voice, content pillars, calendar, assets and advice.
