Eureka! Science & Discovery

The second Eureka! UK centre in the UK aimed at families and school groups with a fun, educational theme of hands on learning.

Following a full day workshop with the marketing team to understand the existing brand strategy, customer journey, successes and challenges I created:


 

  • An updated brand strategy bringing together core strengths and new opportunities

  • A content calendar to allow easy integration of key themes and new talking points

  • A TikTok strategy to launch the experience on the channel and develop key themes

Invisible Cities

National social enterprise running walking tours designed and hosted by people who have experienced homelessness.

As part of a monthly retainer I support Invisible Cities at brand level, as well as regionally for their Manchester tours;
 

  • Managing social media content strategy growing LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Securing regional and national press coverage including Steph’s Packed Lunch and The Manc

  • Increasing visibility of tours and creating new distribution partnerships including VisitBritain and Love To Visit

 

Outcomes:

 

  • Increase in tour bookings

  • 150% growth in social media following

  • Set up of email marketing strategy with average 36% open rate

Arival

The biggest and most popular travel industry experience for attractions, experiences & tours

Having attended Arival conferences for a number of years I was asked to support their first UK event:

 

  • Research and plan a series of experiential sessions as part of the conference line up

  • Secure incentives and discounts from regional attraction partners

  • Create content to promote the session line up

The sessions were a huge success and dubbed as one of the most popular parts of the conference.

Trainsplit

The split ticketing OG's and often cheaper than Trainline - B2C tickets and B2B white labels

A partnership that extends to the sponsorship deal with Invisible Cities, I support on a mix of brand elements

 

  • Creating a TikTok launch strategy

  • Presenting topical / trend content ideas & opportunities

Following a half day workshop to map out a clear brand growth strategy I support on a monthly basis with:

 

  • Tactical activities to engage new prospects

  • Key messaging and situational relevance

  • Identifying opportunities based on industry trends

Fotaflo

The best marketing tool for experiences and tours to capture content with guests and create loyalty and advocacy with customers.

I started talking to Ryan about his business on LinkedIn and we arranged to have an initial chat about what he was looking to achieve with the successfully growing venture.

​

Once we'd uncovered a whole heap of ideas and opportunities around the messaging and personality of the brand I got to work.
 

The project had three phases - first up, a full brand roadmap audit to understand all of their best bits, parts that could get lost and confused, and ultimately, the true value of the services they offer. 

This was followed by a big piece of work to find where the opportunities in the sector and for new business lay. Finally, I created a conclusion content strategy with key messages, tone of voice, content pillars, calendar, assets and advice.
